About Me
I'm currently a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford Universiry, where I'm very fortunate to be advised by Professor Lu Tian, and work with Professor Lexin Li. I completed my Ph.D. in Biostatistics at Emory University, where I was very fortunate to be supervised by Professor Limin Peng for my dissertation. I was also very lucky to be advised by Professors Amita K. Manatunga, Jeong Hoon Jang and Zhaohui (Steve) Qin on particular projects. Prior to Emory, I received my B.S. in Statistics from Nankai University, where I was pleased to be supervised by Professor Ximing Xu on my undergraduate thesis.
My methodological research, located at the intersection of biomedical data science and statistics, is dedicated to enhancing the integration of statistical insights and data science innovations in biomedical research. I have a broad interest in developing innovative statistical methods and easy-to-use computational tools to understand complex associations using nonparametric and semiparametric methods, with recent work exploring their intersections with machine learning and causal inference to advance precision health. Beyond my methodological work, I have also been involved in various collaborative researches in multiple domains, including clinical trials and large language models (LLMs).
I'm on the 2024-2025 academic job market.
